3/27/11 So after just four days of working on the site, Warrior Blood is open for roleplaying. I'm pretty proud of myself considering I've never finished any other site I've started. I'm sure I will still be changing and adding things that I decide it needs, but the site is complete for now. The next part of the process is finding staff to help me run the site. If you think you're the person for the job, fill out the form below, post it here, and I'll decide in the next couple of days.
I'm currently looking for: One moderator & one skin designer.

Experience? I was previously an administrator on a website called WebkinzCoast (www.webkinzcoast.com) and a Moderator on WebkinzTown (www.webkinztown.com). I own my own website and have moderated on my friends' websites in the past. In total, I have about two years' worth of experience.
Why should I pick you? I feel that I am a good person for the job. I have a great personality; I'm kind towards everybody and don't anger easily. I'm quick to picking up things, meaning that I can probably answer any question. I'm great at mediation and viewing both sides of a conflict, and I enjoy helping out. I love to moderate and keep the forums clean, and I'd like to share my time and experience with WB.

C: Experience? i've been roleplaying for... golly, i don't know. six years? i'll admit that i haven't been staffing for the longest time, but i'm still in love with it. i started staffing two, three years ago? however, site design (aka skinning) has been an obsession of mine for as long as i can remember - i absolutely love it, really. well... here's a site i designed, and here's another picture of it (not giving you the link because i'm worried about thieves, you understand -). here and here are graphics i made for another site, blessed, out of the goodness of my heart. ( edit: i also made both my avatar and signature, as other examples of my graphics. xD) Why should I pick you? because i am wonderful? no, but really... i'm incredibly active, for one thing - i'll be able to get on every day, and if i don't it's because something super bad has happened irl (though this is incredibly unlikely to happen, so don't worry). i also live in australia, so i probably have a mighty different timezone from you, so whenever you're away from the computer i'd be able to talk to members/guests/whoever. i'm also at least half-decent at coding and graphics, as i've shown you. and i like to think that i'm a nice person, but that is up to debate. xD thank you. c:

Experience? I currently own my own Warriors roleplay, Untouchable, and I make all of it's skins and other graphics. I've been a co-admin on two other roleplays that are no longer open, as well.
Why should I pick you? Well, I'm a really active roleplayer for one thing. Once I join a site, I don't leave or go inactive unless there's a REALLY good reason for it, such as a death in the family, health problems or computer issues. I also love making graphics and coding skins; it only takes me a day to finish one, two at the very most. Other than that, I like to think of myself as being polite and friendly even in the worst of times, but I guess that's for the other members to decide. XD |

You guys are making this difficult for me. xD I'll be choosing the two positions open tomorrow evening, however, I'll be looking for another Mod and Artist when we reach 20 members with at least one accepted character & all high positions are filled. I'll post position descriptions in the Staff Board which will be made once I have staff. xP So if you aren't chosen this time, I suggest you go advertise. ;3 Which we need anyways. >_>

- i owned two sites, which both died.
- i was a mod on shattered peace.
- i was a mod on sovereign.
- i was a mod on many other sites which either died or closed.
Why should I pick you?
I'm a very active roleplayer, to start off. I love to help people, im not one to jsut leave one hanging, I would love to help. Plus, I'm a verygood probleem solver, and I am also good at monitoring boards and making sure members dont break any of the rules which have been set down. I can also make graphics, if needed, although I think you would prefer me monitoring boards rather than making a site layout.
I never go inactive unless i have a reason. A serious issue, such as socceer tournaments, family problem, or if im in the hospital for a broken limb. I sometimes have trouble getting on in the week, but I can try and get on everyday. Well I hope you pick me, and I wish everyone luck!

SNIDE will be a MOD & ARTIST.
HOWEVER as mentioned before, as soon as we reach
20 members with at least one accepted character I
will be choosing another mod, another artist,
and a bio approver. Those not chosen, please leave
your application up and feel free to improve or change
your desired position when the next staff search begins.
