4/11/11 So the site is 20 days old now, and we have 25 members. Of course not all of those are active, but we do have quite a few active members now. :3 With the activity, I'm starting to feel a bit stressed with getting everything with the bios updated, so it's time for a bio moderator. The job will include learning what is acceptable in a bio and updating rosters when you've accepted a character. Also, I've decided that rather than do all the link-backs myself, I'm going to allow any member to do that. All you have to do is post our ad in the appropriate place on the site that advertised here and then reply to the advertisement here saying that the site has been link-backed.

Uhm well, I really don't know. I've staffed a graphics site before (for a very short time), and modded the applications for teachers and "students" for the graphics "classes" before life pulled me away and the site eventually went under.
Other than that, I don't really have any staff experience, but I'm friendly and I think I'd be able to pick through and give constructive critism pretty well, we are assigned to do things like that in my Speech and English classes.
Uh.. I'd pretty much be honored to be considered a mod, even if it was just for bios XD that's still pretty sweet.

Well, I've been on about 3 different Warriors role-playing sites (with a good number of various characters), so I have a good knowledge of what is usually accepted and not accepted. I used to be the Co-Founder and Admin of a RP site called "Warriors: The Ancient Ways" with a friend, so I've looked through and accepted bios before. Other than that, I don't have a huge amount of experience with being a moderator, but I am hardworking and would love to be considered for the position.

As you've seen from my greeting on the introduction board, I've been involved in the roleplaying world for a while. I have been members on, admins of, and owners of several sites. I have been members on several well known sites such as SilverBlood (where most of us hail from), Kugyay, Lupus Lacrimosus, Everfrost, Hidden Clans, Leafheart1, and the forum Clans on the official Warriors website. I have also been members on some lesser known sites like Threadbare, Starless Sonata, I have been a moderator on Forestpeltsden, and Orbiting as well as bio approvers on Clystopia and the sites that I own. The only site I own right now, if you count owning a completely dead site, is Hawkflight's Den which has been around for three-four years up until now. Due to the number of sites I have been on, moderated and owned I have been exposed to every type of character profile imaginable. The good, the bad, the horrible, the amazing, the lengthy, the short, the far fetched, the normal, the Sues, etc... This makes me very experienced and well versed in the 'normal' profile category. I really do enjoy reading profiles as well. The different kinds of characters people come up with and the histories they weave are as intriguing to me as reading a book. If I'm left with any free time I'm usually reading through the recently accepted bios to see what new ideas people have come up with. Recently I have had to cut back on my number of sites so you wouldn't have to worry about my divided attentions. I only come on Warrior Blood and SilverBlood these days.
Cutting to the chase, I would truly like to become a bio moderator so that if this site's activity ever falters I will be able to keep it going with what little powers I would receive with this staff position. I have watched way too many amazing sites die after their first few weeks of activity and have been helpless to stop their demises.

I have RPed for quite a few years, and I am a Clan List Manager on another site, known as SilverBlood Requiem. I have accepted and denied many profiles, and have offered advice on how to fix them. I am a cheerful and care-free person, so I'm generally easy to get along with. I'm very helpful; in the past I have offered advice and ideas that have led to benefitting results.
However after reading the other entries, I see that the others are better qualified. If it's alright, I would like to vote for Ly. She seems best suited for this position, and I think she will do a magnificent job.

:o Uhmmm... Thanks you guys! But, I truly think we all have chances. All of us have experience being bio. acceptors so therefore we're all equally qualified to apply for this position. Don't throw in the towel! Not everyone's posted their info. anyway.

I'm not giving up. Owly~! *huggles* You shouldn't either. Even though we both want Ly to be picked, we should see this through till the end. X3
I was simply voicing my opinion.
We all have experience, but she seems to have the most.
I know from past experience, that Ly is intuitive, has fine attention to detail, and is great with literature. She's resourceful, reliable and helpful.
She also mentioned she will use her position for the good of the site.
I want what's best for this place, and I think Ly is the perfect member for this job. It also seems that she will have the most fun with it, and I think that's important too.
These are my reasons for my vote and I stand by them.
(I hope I didn't offend or hurt anyone with my post...)

she's obviously the popular choice, and she's already been helping with advertising, so i believe she deserves it. ;3
as always, more staff positions will open up. don't give up on joining us yet.
